What should I include with my request?
Share the property address, selected package and treatment, plus a private photo-folder link if you have one. We will confirm image suitability before starting.
Can you change a property's layout or fixed features?
The core service retains the property’s recognisable structure and layout. We do not accept edits that conceal defects or misrepresent size, layout, views or permanent features. Separately scoped proposed finishes must be clearly identified as representational and reviewed before use in marketing.
Can you edit a single photo or do other image work?
Yes, other one-off photo work can be discussed separately by email and quoted at our discretion.
What should I check before publishing the images?
Review the visuals and accompanying disclosure, obtain relevant vendor and agency approval, and ensure the overall marketing accurately represents the property. Keep the appropriate virtual-staging or proposed-finish explanation with the image wherever it is published.
